PVH Consulting Group is a public affairs and management consulting firm built on the core values of knowledge, experience and integrity. Created in June 2010 by Patricia V. Hayes, the firm may be new to the scene, but the principal/owner is not, with almost two decades of experience in public policy and legislative affairs, specifically in the field of K-12 public and higher education in Texas.
